(Senior) Product Manager - Genomics

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Degree, preferably advanced degree, in the life sciences research field, with experience in a genomics research related lab or technical support/sales role. Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience and current knowledge in the genomics research techniques such as NGS, single cell genomics, spatial genomics, microarray & QPCR, etc.
  • Motivated, confident, and interested in excelling in a technical sales field, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team to achieve common corporate goals.
  • Ability to fulfill job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, disciplined, with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Details oriented with strong written and spoken communications.

Job responsibilities:

Supported by a team of Field Application Scientist and sales administrators, you are responsible for overseeing and driving the business development of our premier range of genomics research systems and solutions in the field of Next Gen Sequencing, Spatial Genomics, Single Cell Sequencing, Custom DNA panels, libraries, and gene pools, Microarrays, RT-PCR assays and so forth.  You will work with the principals, develop marketing strategies, and engage in direct customer technical consultative sales, while being supported by our principal suppliers, by our own field applications scientists, service engineers and our marketing team.

Remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience, with an excellent incentive plan.

Field Application Scientist - Genomic Systems

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Degree, preferably advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Biomedical Science, Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Bioinformatics. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with NGS workflows and data analysis software and/or associated analysis software. Ability to interpret NGS datasets considered a plus.
  • Good breadth of knowledge in genomics, biochemistry and functional genomics. Single cell laboratory experience considered a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and outstanding training skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Motivated, confident and interested in technical support and research applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with the sales team towards corporate goals.
  • Prior field experience supporting customers using next-generation sequencing technologies preferred.
  • Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Applicant should be currently based in Singapore.

 

Job responsibilities:

This FAS position would be responsible for providing customer support for our strong genomics product line (e.g. Pacific Biosciences, NanoString, MGI Tech, Twist Biosciences, Sage Science, Mission Bio). With plenty of support from our principals, you would undergo significant training and be required to deal with customers directly for problem-solving, to assist with pre-sales demonstrations and technical discussions, and provide customer training.  You would be responsible for supporting Singapore customers directly and some involvement in the SE Asia region.

Inside Sales Executive

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher, with experience in the life Science market, in a customer-oriented and /or sales environment
  • Motivated, confident & competitive that thrives in a quick sales cycle and ability to work in a team to achieve common corporate goals.
  • Independent, resourceful, disciplined, with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Experience and Proficiency with Microsoft & popular CRM’s (Sales force) preferred.
  • Applicant should be currently based in Singapore.

Job responsibilities:

To support the Sales Team to grow and maintain our customer base and to identify sales opportunities. Lead follow up, networking, managing personalized marketing to build relationships with potential customer. Work collaboratively with Sales Team to assist developing an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activities with customer using digital marketing platforms.

Technical Sales Specialist (Life Science)

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Biomedical field, with a few years of experience in the field of sales and marketing in the Life Science research market.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Genomics, Proteomics and Cell Biology research field. Local experience is very helpful
  • Motivated, confident, and interested in excelling in a technical sales field, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team to achieve common corporate goals.
  • Ability to fulfill job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, resourceful with good communications and interpersonal skills. Able to work co-operatively with all level of colleagues
  • Details oriented with strong written and spoken communications.
  • Should be Singaporean or PR.

 

Job responsibilities:

Supported by a team of Product Managers and Application Scientists, you are responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing of instruments and specialty Bioreagents in Singapore, including:

  • Develop specific promotional and relevant marketing and go to market activities, to achieved sales in your territory,
  • Generate new customer, develop strong branding & positioning strategies to enhances awareness of our company and its products represented.
  • Developing and driving the marketing plan for your products.
  • Coordinating with field service and application scientists to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Administrator (Life Science)

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus

 

Job responsibilities

  • Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with queries, quotations and in-house sales
  • Maintain/implements customer Relationship management (CRM) and Logistics Database
  • Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed
