High Dimensional Multi-parameters Profiling of Immune Population

The Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling System (MDIPA) provides a complete sample-to-answer solution for high-dimensional immune profiling of human PBMC and whole blood.

The assays provides a simple, single-tube workflow and brings together CyTOF® technology on the Helios™ system. It consist a dry 30-marker antibody panel and automated Maxpar Pathsetter™ software so you can easily count 37 immune cell populations in just under 30mins. The panel also has the potential of adding an additional 7 markers for a more comprehensive immune profiling to address the host immune response during and post-infection.

Furthermore, with the MDIPA, it only takes 5mins from raw data to results using the Maxpar Pathsetter software.

 

 

 

Multiplex Cytokine Measurements

Quanterix Simoa Technology enables ultra-sensitive ELISA assays for single or multiple cytokine targets to understand subtle changes in levels. When carried out during early stages of infection, these changes are likely to explain why different patients experience different severity in symptoms.

 

 

A publication in April 2020 by Hospices Civils de Lyon-bioMérieux found that IFNα concentration inversely correlates with Covid-19 viral load and severity of clinical response.

In addition to inflammation, the Simoa technology can also characterize biomarkers involved in neurological and cardiovascular manifestations as a result of viral infection.
